    As Records Managers for public agencies throughout South Carolina, we are committed to ensuring the preservation of and access to records. Many agencies are increasingly using electronic means to create, exchange, and store information.

    WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS CONFERENCE?

    Records and Information Management professionals from the public and private sector, including state, county, municipal, public safety, court systems, schools, colleges and universities. Come and be prepared to learn from each other-informative sessions, exhibitor presentations and networking will give you time to interact with colleagues. 

    REGISTRATION

    Member: $195 | Non- Member: $225 | Banquet Guest: $30| CEU's: $8.00 

    Registration Fee includes educational sessions and materials, access to exhibit area, and 4 meals. The meals will consist of 2 breakfast coupons, Wednesday Banquet Dinner, Thursday lunch with our vendors.

    REGISTRATION dates 

    • Friday, October 13th - Deadline for registration 
    • After Friday, October 13th - $30.00 late registration fee
    • Sunday, October 15th - Request for Cancellation ( Substitutions of the same fee category are encouraged in lieu of refunds)

    The Avista Resort is located on the oceanfront at 300 North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach. The hotel is holding a block of rooms for us until September 22, 2023. Single Bedroom Suites are very reasonably priced:
